As appointments with some of our therapists are in high demand, we ask for a deposit to secure your session time. 

This ensures a hassle-free process and enables our therapists to be available to those who are committed to attending their booked therapy session.    

APPOINTMENT TIMES are NOT confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We will confirm payment promptly and provide you with an invoice and receipt on the day of your appointment.

Once the deposit is received you will receive either a text or email notification confirming your appointment time has been secured.

In order to confirm appointments deposits need to be made four (4) working days prior to your pre-booked appointment time, or immediately if the appointment has been made within four (4) days of the appointment. 

  • A $100 Deposit is payable per session unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
  • Note this is a deposit and does not cover the full payment of your session.
  • Cancellations of appointments with less than 24 hours notice totally forfeit the deposit amount unless accompanied by a medical certificate.
  • Cancellations of appointments with less than 48 hours notice forfeit 50% of the deposit amount unless accompanied by a medical certificate.
  • Cancellations of appointments with less than 72 hours notice forfeit a booking fee.
  • If you hold an Age Pension Card, a Veteran or a Student, please let us know to claim your discount.
