Through Mindfulness and meditation you can explore your relationship to eating and food, and provide an opportunity to see more clearly the connection of body, mind and heart.

Weight, diets and rules are not the focus of this group. The focus is on skills and understanding.

This group is a place to begin that journey.

The group process includes introduction to mindfulness, acceptance of emotions, your values, acts of kindness, along with group discussion and guided meditation.

No meditation experience is necessary.

Small Groups – Numbers Strictly Limited.
Every Wednesday evening for 5 weeks.  (5 session commitment required, bookings essential.)

Wednesday Evenings : Commencing 30th October through to 27th November 2013
Time: 7:00pm-9:00pm.
