Easy and Effortless Weight Loss

When you begin to understand what really drives your eating patterns, you can begin to unravel the difficulties you have had over the years when it comes to weight loss. Working with a hypnotherapist one on one can be a miraculous process that can help you finally turn that corner towards better health. We eat for many reasons including emotional comfort along with hunger and hypnosis can help you identify those roadblocks or stumbling points that trip you up. Hypnosis works by helping you identify and visualize those things that are keeping you from your goal. Once you identify the reasons why you cannot lose weight, you can then turn those reasons into positive suggestions that can be used in your weight loss program.

Appetite versus Hunger

There is a difference between appetite, which is psychological, and hunger, which is biological. Our appetites can be swayed by advertising, availability of food and even our emotions because many of us find ourselves eating when we aren’t even hungry.  Hunger, on the hand, occurs when your body is craving food and your stomach is growling. Most of us eat for psychological reasons because it helps to sooth us and hypnosis can help you trick your brain per se so that you are easily satisfied with just a small amount of food. The mind is highly trainable, and once you program in new thought patterns, it is just a matter of time before your mind reaches that “tipping point” and catches on to the new way of thinking. Weight loss can be an easy and effortless process with hypnosis and it can help you achieve your weight loss goals in no time at all, allowing you to enjoy life once again. In essence, hypnosis can help you make your weight the one thing that you no longer need to worry about so that you can get back to living your life with passion and purpose.
